This site is here to educate and advise on the principles of health and fitness, strength and mental wellness. I am a fitness professional in the process of branching out into the world of performance and athletic enhacement.

I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has the right to be active without fear of recrimination or ridicule. You cannot put a price on good health and I will aim to provide the materials for people to do this, as well as lead an effective lifestyle.

Fitness has played a large part in my life- right from a young age with playing sport at school, through to my phase of training for the Royal Marines, and then back into my career in Fitness.

What does it mean to “Live with Intent?” It’s primarily the journey of life, treating everything with Intention as part of something greater. The Endeavour to use every second as best you can, as there is only shot at life. In weightlifting it is often said to “Lift with intent”. This is the same- put the intent you want to see into the lift and it will be successfull. This is the mantra I adopt into my life and I will show you how.

My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive, and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour and some style.
